Ready to go back to the ‘80s (with, I gather, a bit of the ‘70s and early ‘90s thrown in for good measure)? Then get set for Retrofest 2008. The massive Retrofest festival of live music will take place on August 30th and 31st this year and tickets go on sale on February 1st. Looks like its going to be a biggie this year! The Bangles, Boy George, 10cc, Kajagoogoo with Limahl, Paul Young, Midge Ure, Howard Jones, The Blow Monkeys, The Christians, Nik Kershaw, Bjorn Again, Peter Andre (!!), Mari Wilson and thats just for starters!!

I have already been talked into buying VIP tickets by the missus. Its got its own bar too…..but I’ll be up front for The Bangles!

Nice one, can’t wait, I got VIP tickets too. Have already bought fluorescent legwarmers and welly boots, time to start decanting the booze into plastic containers?
